We had the opportunity to completely redo the EY student career site to align their programme offering with the audiences' needs. We started with the analytics of the old site, undertook user research, created new copy with the aim of being helpful and friendly at every point – and created multiple ways for the users to find the programmes that were right for them.
Best bits: we were able to create multiple new (and fun) tools that would help the users quickly navigate through the 60-plus programmes that EY offers.
Even better bit: we increased conversion (student application) from 26% to 48%. The client was very happy, we were thrilled.
